There's one on ebay at the moment, bit dear, but they are getting few and far between. You could use that as is, with a pair of farina oxford, Cambridge, 16/60, 4/68 or magnette 1/2 shafts. Or with your shafts, by changing the diff side gears. Listing number 382418245052.
