Hi every one, :)
Just got a new windscreen rubber to replace my new rubber which is 14 years old as the restoration took a bit longer that I thought. Just would like to know how long the rubber needs to be in order that it seals tight on the windscreen and tight to the body work. I have found some professional glue which will sick the rubber ends together and once glued you can not pull it apart again. The glue is used on London transport to repair the rubber mats etc..

Any help would be great. :)
