MGs in the Park 2014

The Oxfordshire MGOC event at the Cotswolds Wildlife Park near Burford has deservedly become a popular fixture in the Magnette calendar over the last 2 or 3 years, as it’s open to all enthusiasts to just turn up on the day, and the Park generously allow free entry to MG drivers.

Visit to Portland and Hamilton - 24th and 25th May 2014

thanks to an invitation from David and Maria Hein of Portland [ 3.5 Hours from Melbourne;Victoria] we were able to build this into a full visit, of 9 Magnettes, to Portland and nearby Hamilton for a enjoyable weekend on 24th and 25th May.

3rd Caravan of Old Cars in Mexico

Hello Friends

I am pleased to inform you that on Saturday May 3 held our 3rd Caravan of Old Cars , whereas on the course a brief stop in the village of "San Bartolo" and having as final destination the Palms Cortez Hotel in coastal community called "Los Barriles" located south of our beautiful city and port of La Paz. Let me share a brief overview of these local populations:

Magnettes at Nuffield Place

15 MAGNETTEs visited the Nuffield Place last Sunday.  All the Magnettes was a great sight and the comments by the National Trust staff and the general public were wonderful.

Magnettes and Steam 2014

As is traditional for The Magnette Register, we started off the new season with our Magnettes & Steam event on Easter Saturday, and what a cracker of an event it turned out to be! After the disappointment of having to cancel last years Magnettes & Steam at the last minute because of heavy snow fall, it is nice to be able to report that with the late Easter this year, we were blessed with a lovely dry sunny day which resulted in an excellent turnout of cars.
